squash. The Pork Schnitzel and Seafood Pot Pie

are both prepared to perfection.

The Pork Tenderloin is accompanied with homemade red cabbage and apple cider reduction sauce. A local Trout dish is a favorite as well as our pan-seared Duck Breast served with a special sauce and the awesome, highly requested Lamb Chops

are mouthwatering. A fresh chicken breast is

stuffed with cranberry, brie and spinach.
